Keep the central pedestrian lane open from the village square to the finish arch. Volunteer check-in, document desk and bag drop should stay on the east side so runners can enter the finish chute without crossing vehicle access.
Quick sequence for the final 30 metres after a runner enters the finish lane.
1. Timing confirms the bib crossing and only then releases the runner forward.
2. Finish crew offers medal, foil blanket and directs the runner to hydration.
3. Medical stays visible but intervenes only when a runner shows distress.
4. Keep family members outside the fenced lane until the runner fully exits the recovery area.
